What’s the key to selling your projects and winning grants? 📸 💰
Have strong work and a great pitch. But there’s one more variable… the volume of offers you make!!
Pitching is a numbers game, and success is just a percentage of your total outreach. The more offers you make, the more wins you’ll bag.
So how to keep organized? Use my “pitch tracker” spreadsheet to record which projects you've emailed, to whom, when, in which medium, and the results of your pitch.
Free today (usually $47).
Pre-filled with three rolling grants worth a combined $160,000!

I’ll also send my free newsletter of paid grants and opportunities.
This "pitch tracker" works for sending stories to magazines, TV, or book publishers, whether in text, video, or photo, also for entries into competitions and grant calls, and is the method I've used for 10+ years publishing with outlets like The Washington Post and New York Times.
Over time you'll begin to see patterns in the data – who spends the most with you, when, and on which topics.
It's MS Excel format, with drop-down menus where appropriate, and is fully customizable.

Over the last ten years I’ve found freedom as a documentary photographer, writer, and filmmaker. I travel where I wish and develop my own projects. There's been stints working in the jungles of Myanmar, embedding in frontline Ukrainian trenches, and documenting the border towns of Northern Mexico.
